By placing an order with Golden Prints & Trading, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Golden Prints & Trading. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. An order is confirmed only once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. We are not liable for printing errors caused by customer-supplied artwork, including low resolution, incorrect colour mode, missing bleed, or typographical errors. See our File Setup Guide for specifications.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of SST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.
Payment must be received before production commences. We accept bank transfer to our Maybank account. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 business days.
Turnaround times begin from artwork approval, not order placement. Times are estimates and not guaranteed unless a rush service is explicitly purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all elements in the artwork. You indemnify Golden Prints & Trading against any claims arising from copyright infringement.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
