File Setup

Upload Your Artwork

Upload print-ready files in PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, or high-res TIFF/JPG format. Our preflight system automatically checks resolution, bleed margins, and colour mode before your file reaches our pre-press team.

Minimum 300 DPI at final print size
3 mm bleed required on all four sides
CMYK colour mode — not RGB

Review

Proof & Approve

Our pre-press team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof within one business day. Check it carefully, request any changes, then approve to release your job to the press queue.

Review text, logos, and colour values
Confirm bleed and safe-zone placement
Approve via email or your account portal

Payment

Make Payment

Pay securely via bank transfer, FPX online banking, or credit and debit card. Your order enters the production queue immediately upon payment confirmation — no manual follow-up needed.

Full invoice sent automatically by email

Production

We Print Your Order

Your job runs on professional-grade commercial presses. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from approved proof and confirmed payment. Express options are available for tight deadlines.

Status updates via email at each stage
Quality-checked against your approved proof
Express 1–2 day printing available

Dispatch

Delivery to Your Door

Completed orders ship via our courier partners across Peninsular and East Malaysia. You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves our facility. Klang Valley self-collection is also available.

Same-day dispatch when production completes
Track with your order number or courier link
Klang Valley self-collection by appointment
